Okay you should never title a blog post back on the wagon again or boast that you are posting some good number. Inevitably you will jinx yourself. This wasn't a particularly great week for working out. After Chicago -I was a little swamped with work, it has been hard to be consistant with working out. I already did some push ups and chins today, but I am not going to post these numbers as I am hoping to bang out a few more before bed. Have a big dinner in the city tonight- so hopefully I don't get home too late to follow thru with this but either way already today I have done better than the rest of the week.
