I checked out Chris Morrell's blog 30 Days with Occam's Protocol. It looks like he is making some good progress. A week in and he is up three pounds and down 0.3% bodyfat. Pretty good progress for a week. I can see in reading his posts that eating and get enough protein seem to be the same challenge for him as it was for me. Ironic- I have no problem gorging down plenty of calories when it comes to things that aren't so good for me. Anywat the link to his blog is over on the left. Check it out. So far this week I have been getting in 300 push ups/chins a day- so far so good.
