Winning may not be everything, but losing has little to recommend it.
As I mentioned on my other blog
I am trying to get in two hours of working out a day-to shock my body into losing more weight. Yesterday only about one half hour of this time was doing chin ups-but I did exceed my two hour target. Went hiking in the mountains with the family-the actual hiking time was 2hours and twenty four minutes (not including time for breaks). Earlier this weekend my weight was up to 203-so the two hour thing is working so far.
