I have been a little more consistent this week with the push ups/chin ups. I haven't posted big numbers, but have tried to make sure I at least did a few chins /push ups a day. Big day today ,my oldest is graduating with a bachelors of kinesiology and a masters of teaching. Taking everyone for dinner tonight-so the clean eating thing might fall by the wayside a bit.
