It is surprising what a man can do when he has to, and how little most men will do when they don't have to.
Still consistently plugging away at reaching my goal of doing a million push ups and chins.. Getting two hours of workouts in most days a week has been challenging-specifically on workdays. The last 7 days I have averged 52 minutes a day of working out,which in itself is pretty good. This weekend I will get some decent workouts in.
