Well the old tanita says I weigh in at 209.5 exactly 5 pounds less than I weighed Christmas day last year. I suppose that is not so bad-down weight this year instead of up-however not a lot of weight loss for all those push ups. I would say I had kept the weight at bay over the Christmas season-however gaining about 7 or 8 pounds over the last few days wouldn't really qualify as "weight being kept at bay". Oh well back to the push ups and chins.
