Still plodding my way through the p90x workouts. I have been adding a little running on the teadmill or hitting the heavy bag and the speedbag afterwards.I have also switched back to fitday from physics diet.com. My weight was fluctuating up and down a bit too much so I figured it was time to start tracking my calories eaten versus calories burned to keep the weight loss going in the right direction.
