Trying to bring the holiday weight gain back under control. I heard something on the radio yesterday -70 percent of people reported that they have already broke thier New Years diet resolutions. Who knows where they got that number. My chin up and push up numbers have been a little more moderate this week. Still doing the p90x workouts. Gotta love that Chest and Back workout-lots of push ups and chins. The kenpo x workout is not near as hard as I remember-but the yoga x workout is sooo long. I am clearly not a yoga guy. The workout is challenging- but 90 minutes-god that is more a mental workout than a physical one
