Okay this week is going a little better. Posting some higher chin up and push up numbers. The cold weather outside is not hurting my efforts-all I want to do is stay inside anyway. Thankfully push ups are an indoor activity. I am trying to hit at least a 1000 push ups and/or chin ups a day for the rest of this month. My elbow is a little tender so we shall see how the old body stands up to this.
