Well the body never responds exactly how you would expect it to respond. I have been eating like crap for the last couple of days. My average daily carbs this week have been 218grams and 155 grams of protein a day.Nonetheless,my lean bodymass is up a little over 160 pounds,this is about the highest lean body weight since Jan 9th. I was a little over 160 pounds of lean mass part way through my experiment with Occam's Protocol. My weekly report from Lose It tells me that last week I did two LIFT HEAVY workouts of 20 to 25 minutes. Also I did 3 hours and 5 minutes of treadmill walking at a heartrate of 55 to 75 percent of maximal heart rate ( as per Primal Blueprint guidelines). I am sticking to the basic principles of Mark Sisson's recommendations as far as exercise goes, and the scale is telling me it is working. Now I just need a little more discipline on the eating side of things. Need to drive the average grams of carbs down a bit and protein up.Even though I am not following the Blueprint to the tee-it seems like I am getting results similar to Tim Ferriss' Occam's Protocol. If I can drive down the carbs who knows what the results will be.
