total push ups/chins 347,598
Yesterday I did sets of one arm assisted push ups and today I did a number of sets of one arm towel chin ups. It is only a couple of days working on being able to do one arm push ups and one arm chins and already these two exercises are getting a little easier. As you can tell by the numbers I am posting above the one armed versions are small repetition sets and are affecting my overall number of reps per day. Nonetheless already I am feeling stronger-I am really motivated to keep this going. I'll keep ya posted.
