One week of Strong Lifts

Well I finished the first week of strong lifts, and another work out with 36 chins. Doesn't seem like a lot. But I am going to give this program a good try. You can check out my progress on the link below:

Thirty six chin ups a week (or I suppose some weeks will have 72 chin ups) doesn't drive the total towards one million that quickly -but I am curious to see how this program works so it will be worth taking a bit of a break. My elbows might thanks me later.
