Well my theory about doing a couple of hundred push ups a night while on holidays -ya well -that didn't happen. After hauling around Disneyland for 12 hours or more a day in the sun, by the time I got back to the hotel I was ready to hit the bed. We ate like madmen during the vacation- but many kilometers of walking everyday kept the weight off. Anyway back to the push ups-managed to get a few done yesterday.
