total push ups/chins 366,375
Back on a roll again. I am getting in some good push ups/chin ups days and some lets say decent ones. I think 300 still seems to be the magic number for me. Somehow I just look a little more athletic if I am able to average around 300 push ups and /or chins a day. When I get to high like 1000 a day for too many days- my shoulders seem to start bugging me. I have built up enough tolerence or endurance that too many days lower than 300 doesn't seem to do too much for me. The time and energy to do 300 or so a day seems to create enough of a calorie burn so that my targets- (on my other blog) seem to keep moving in the right direction.
