I have worked my way through all of the "Basic Program" routines in the You Are Your Own Gym program. Tonight I do workout number 2 of the "First Class" program. Still likely the variety of the workouts- some are Tabata's, some workouts are ladders or intervals. Anyway am enjoying the program -anything to keep it interesting and motivating to be consistent.
