By accident the last time I posted on this blog it was really a post intended for my last blog. So if you wonder why I didn't list how many push ups and chin ups I had done each day or my total towards my goal. Well wasn't on purpose -must have just not been paying attention when I clicked new post on my dashboard. Anyway good workout night tonight. Push ups sets of ten and mostly chin ups sets of two and three. In total over 350 reps not a bad workout.
