Finished the day with a 938 calorie deficit -not bad considering I had a business lunch out yesterday and was 2 and half hours drive away from home at dinner time. Being on the highway I decided to grab a couple of chicken snacks wraps for the drive home and a McCafe. Not the best decision. I did burn 987 calories doing push ups, chins a little work with some dumbells and a little pounding on the speed bag. All in all not a bad day. I dropped almost a half pound of bodyweight -scale is moving in the right direction. To night I have to work -we are having an event that is being catered by Death by Chocolate. Here's hoping I can resist.
