It felt like it had been a long time since I posted on this blog. I figured I should do a quick post to let people know I am still grinding out the and push ups. As you might have read on my other blog some TRX suspension training and a little running on the treadmill is also taking up a little bit of my workout time these days. Overall a better overall balamce to my workout plan.
