Well I went away on a business trip for almost a week and didn't do one push up or chin up. Not sure why you can do push ups in a hotel room. No good excuse. I pounded out a few today though. I did run about 5k every day during my trip. It took a little more work to get out in the humidity and heat to run, but I managed. Oh well heres a few more towards the total.
