The actual record for push ups in an half hour is:30 minutes: 2,354; Rolf Heck (GER), 13 Nov 2000 as recorded on the world record holders site. Set a new record for half hour push ups on the 4th-294. The is a long way from 2300 or so but progress is coming along. Managed to push a little harder and add about 30 push ups to the half hour total -don't know if that is real progress or just working a little harder than I did last time,but I'll take what I can get.
