weight 199.5 bf%22This months Men's Health has a pretty good article on chin ups. I think it is called Everyman's chin up guide or routine or something like that. It has a program for everyone whether you can't do a chin up or can easily do ten. For someone who can't do any chins it starts with band assisted chins ( like the photo above) or if you don't have a band you can do negative chins. The program looks pretty good. I am trying the weighted chin ups program.
