Okay back to my non-political blogging. Not that a little socio-political commentary isn't good every once and a while....Back to the regular workout this week ,although I had a bit of nagging shoulder pain in one shoulder. For the most part I tried to take it easy on the push ups and chin ups. Managed to work out each day -but a little less intensly and the push up/chin up numbers were a little lower. Shoulder seems fine this morning.
