Well the shoulder seems to be recovering -still a little tender but I got a couple of hundred push ups done today. I am a little stiff from the push ups. Hoping that is just the fact that I haven't been working out a lot over the last couple of weeks. I am hoping to get the momentuum going again. 370 push ups wasn't bad hopefully the shoulder will hold up and I can get in another couple of hundred tomorrow.
