Shoulder struggles

Still have a bit of a nagging shoulder injury. I have been taking it easy for the last week or two. Haven't done a lot of push ups or chins. I am going to try a workout today. Haven't been to a doctor or anything I have been just expecting the shoulder to recover, but it doesn't seem to be getting a lot better or worse. Going to try to do an easy workout today and see where that gets me. On another note I found a pretty good article with some interesting variations of push ups. Here is the link:
