Well this week I was able to do a few workouts with over 500 reps. On two days I was abe to do workouts with over 300 chins. The arm is a little tender-but not enough to notice. Didn't slow me down-nonetheless I did a few workouts with a little less volume. It was my 46th birthday this week. Nice bbq with the family.
