Okay now this is getting a little frustrating my weight went down a little bit, but my percentage of body fat went up again. Yesterday I burned 727 more calories than I ate- so going down a tiny bit in weight makes sense. I did 50 minutes of chin ups,push ups and various crunches and sit ups. Afterward I did 15 minutes of weights and a 35 minute run on the treadmill. The bf percentage on my scale is so sensitive drinking a glass of water or sweating during a walk can make the bf percent change. So lets see what tomorrow brings. I am going down in weight so the body fat has to drop. Right?
