7 Dips

It feels a little funny to post that I did 7 push ups or chins at the top of one of these blog posts. No ,the total number of push ups/chins is not sky rocketing upwards these days. I have been using weighted dips and weighted chins as two of the exercises in my Occam's Protocol workouts, at least this way I get to count a few reps towards my million push ups/chins goal.
