It seems sometimes when my bodyweight starts to drop my bodyfat percentage either goes up that day. I am not sure if this means I am losing actual lean body mass or if the reading on the scale somehow lag a day or so on the percentage of bodyfat. We will see if the bf % drops back down tomorrow. This week so far I am averaging 65.8 grams of carbs a day and 162 grams of protein. Last night I managed to get in another slow cardio workout-35 minutes walking on the treadmill.Not bad sticking to the rules (laws) this week.
