This weeks push ups/chins numbers are a little lower than usual. If you are reading my other blog you will know that I have been spending a good chunk of my workout time swinging kettlebells around.
Overall this has left me with a little less energy to do a lot of sets of push ups/chins. The kettlebells really get your heart rate up and they say they hack the fat off your body. Time will tell.
