Not what I would call a roll but after slacking off for a while it feels good to get a decent workout in. The 245 I posted for yesterday was mostly chin ups. Wide chins reverse chins narrow you name it I did a few sets yesterday. My arms - biceps are a little sore today- which is a little reassuring that I worked pretty hard yesterday. Feels good. Let's see if I can keep it up today.
