Still working on the You are Your Own Gym (YAYOG) program. I have been doing one or two of the workouts a day. I haven't done the Gorilla workouts in a couple of days, but some of the basic level workouts on this app-can be done fairly quickly so I am sure I will do a few on days I am pressured for time.Anyway so far so good-the YAYOG workouts add a little variety to the daily grind of push ups/chin ups. They are keeping things interesting and motivating. I'll keep you posted.
