I haven't posted in a while so I thought it was about time to update my numbers. We were away on vacation for a while so no push ups and chins on those days. I am back to trying to average about 300 push ups and/or chins a day. Seems that I look fittest when I am hitting the magic 300 a day. Anyway back to a regular routine so I should be able to stick to this a little better.
