It was a good workout day. Gotta love the weekends. Did P90x chest and back-lots of push ups and chins. Then did some kettlebells with more push ups. Finally finished with about 15 minutes on the treadmill. The olympics must have inspired me or something. My percentage of bodyfat seems to be hovering between 17 and 18 percent on a more frequent basis. This is a lot better than when it kept hovering between 20 and 21 percent. No matter what I did in terms of workout my bf % just didn't seem to want to drop below 20 percent. I think I have broken through some kind of bodyfat barrier or something. Here's to 16 percent....
